Bastion was contracted in support of a large military vehicle manufacturer to provide design and analysis support for the re-design of the cargo bed storage area and ladder design for troop deployment from a style of tactical vehicle. We provided all aspects of the design from conceptual to final and provided all manufacturing drawings.

The primary work focused on a new ladder design and storage arrangement for optimum troop mobilization criteria. We utilized ProE software for all design and manufacturing drawings and ran finite element analysis using MSC Visual Nastran.
