Bastion Quality Engineer Receives Silver Snoopy Award

On May 2nd, David Armbruster (pictured with Bastion’s Project Lead, Bill Crittenden and Deputy Program Manager, Randy Reed) was honored with the astronauts’ personal achievement award for his exceptional service and dedication to the Michoud Assembly Facility Stage production activities and the Stennis Space Center RS-25 Engine testing program. David’s efforts in evaluating and executing critical government mandatory safety inspections, while recognizing the importance of a timely inspection response to reduce process variability and eliminate quality inspection escapes, are truly commendable. The NASA astronaut corps presents this prestigious award to civil service and contractor employees for their outstanding contributions to mission safety and success.
